Yesterday while Jonny was spending some quality time in "timeout" I heard him yelling, "I SAID NO! I SAID NO!" over and over again. Realizing that I had said this to him earlier, I felt awful. That same evening while Trev and I were singing some of Jonny's favorite songs to him before bed, Jonny joined in on the lyrics without being prompted. I felt proud. Good remider that my little guy is listening, and I need to watch my words.

Watch My Words

It's OK to say no. I know how hard that is. But there are a lot worse things that could be said. You should be proud of yourself for teaching him his boundaries now. You are a GREAT mom and a CUTE one too!
