What to do about baby acne... Jonny's little chin, neck, and chest are covered in red bumps. Could it be the detergent I'm using or from the puddle of drool that lives on his chin and neck. Any advice on how to treat baby acne, or is the advice to just leave it alone.

marlena uses lots of diaper rash cream....it is from the drool. she says that helps. hope it does!
Zach had it too. I tried using Dreft detergent but it didn't make much of a difference. Time is all he needed. It took 2-3 weeks for it to finally go away. And now, he has cradle cap instead! So even though it's not very pretty, it's not a big deal.
